		<description>My question is, how much of this is because they only ran on trails and not asphalt/concrete?  And how many of our runners suffer because of paved surfaces?  Unpaved surfaces are much, much easier on a runner&#039;s body than pavement, but most runners still spend their time on roads.</description>
