Ice Gear

CAMP's aluminum XLC-390 crampons are brilliant. The bindings are fully automatic. For boots that require a universal binding, I like Stubai's Ultralight Universal. When you need steel crampons, Black Diamond's Sabretooth is a versatile choice for ice or mixed climbing. Among ice axes, I like the Corsa, Venom, and Snowalker.
