Abineau Canyon Avalanche

Heavy snowfall from the 2004-2005 season led to this massive avalanche in Northern Arizona's San Francisco Peaks. This debris path in Abineau Canyon extends nearly a mile. Thousands of trees were destroyed—an unforgettable display of an avalanche's destructive force.
